The Ridgefield Community Coalition Against Substance Abuse shares a common commitment to address problems of alcohol and substance abuse throughout the community, with a special focus on youth substance abuse prevention.
COALITION GOALS
Goal 1:
Strengthen the Ridgefield Community Coalition Against Substance Abuse by increasing community collaborations and the involvement of community organizations, community groups, and individuals in coalition initiatives and activities.
Goal 2:
Reduce youth substance use by increasing Ridgefield youth’s developmental assets that most affect Ridgefield youth’s decision to use drugs.
Goal 3:
Reduce youth substance use by changing family and community norms and practices that enable or encourage youth substance abuse.
